One of RPAI’s main challenges was to define and understand the workflow of each of its unique website users, which include investors, tenants, brokers, and partners. Capitalizing on our vast internal expertise, Streetsense consolidated the relevant information for each user on a series of landing pages that were test-driven in-house. The resulting website functions and flows more like a series of home pages than underdeveloped secondary screens.

Streetsense seamlessly achieved a uniform design aesthetic across four distinct platforms—the parent site, property portfolio, investment relations page, and property management portal—through rigorous and collaborative crafting.
